How it works:

Basically World of Games is a retail outlet. Contact us via details provided and you will be assisted. We take orders online and then we order the stock from the warehouse. Once it is at the office you will be notified and either you can collect your game at the office or have it posted to you for an additional fee. Standardly all items posted will be posted via South African Post Office. Your game will be put in a box to shield it from possible damage. We do not order stock until payment is received. Once we receive the stock we take pictures to prove that the game is brand new and these pictures are mailed to you or sent to you via WhatsApp/BBM. We are available for any questions.

 

Returns:

World of Games does not take back any stock at all. If the game is broken or missing some parts you are more than welcome to contact us and we will assist you. When you contact us about your faulty game we will contact the suppliers who will fix the issue by sending you what was missing or sending you a new piece if an object is broken. We do not check the stock at the warehouse or office, because we don't break the sealed plastic around the box. This is to ensure and guarantee all our games are brand new.

 

Do we accept second hand games?

Yes we do. We will not accept all of them though. Once you contact us that you want us to sell your game then we can arrange a meeting where we can see the condition of the game and from that point we can negotiate. World of Games will only do this locally (in Cape Town) at the office. Once we sell your game we will hand over the money that has been given to us. We will EFT this money to you as soon as we received the money for that game. To ensure we are not scammed we also will not release the product to the customer until payment is made. In this way we make sure you get your money and our customer gets the game. You will be contacted as soon as the game is sold or if any questions arise about the game.

 

Payment:

Payment is simple and fair. You send the money to our bank account and we order the game. We ask also for you to send us proof of payment so we can reserve your order ahead of time. We do not accept cash as we use the money to order your game with from the warehouse. We do not pre purchase any stock as we have no guarantee that the product bought will be sold immediately. And balance differences will be handled accordingly. If you send too much money we will refund you the difference via EFT or if too little you will be notified and your order is put on hold until the outstanding balance have been paid.

 

General:

World of Games does not accept any responsibility for damage to the product when sent via post. You have the game posted to you at own risk. As World of Games did not damage the game, we do not accept responsibility for the damage. If it got lost in the post we will also not accept responsibility for it, but we will try and assist you with this by contacting the post office and enquire as to what has happened. Having the game posted is done so at own risk. If you want it to be couriered you also pay the fee of the couriers and can organize it with us so we know to use the courier services.

World of Games will always try and get back to a customer as quickly as we can. We always make sure that the product you want is in stock and sometimes this can take up to a few hours.
